Instructions: Just put the two cpk in Dpfilelist and generate and you will have all the teams (clubs and national), kits and national anthems licensed. Thanks to Preds for the national anthems.
Note: Extract with CriPackedFile, and use with sider, or use with Dpfilelist. This is confirmed to work, just needs to be installed correctly
