3. Extract file with WinRAR, Copy ptepatch_pdb.cpk to your PES 2019 download folder
4. Generate with PES 2019 DpFilelist generator.
5. Copy EDIT00000000 to
Document\KONAMI\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2019\[ Some ID]save
6. Done.
